What if I am locked out?

Q. Can I wash a car in carport/driveway?

A. Sorry, residents and guests are not allowed to wash a car, mororcycle or any vehicle on the property.

Q. For an electric vehicle, can I get a charger installed?

A. The Board and Point Management are in the process of providing requirements, but as of right now you can install a charger at your cost, but you must work in concert with Point Management as to its installation and location. Also, the charging station must have a cover.
